Warren Wagland joins the SSKB team with over 16 years industry experience in Building Facility Management and Strata Management. Warren’s Engineering background and expertise provides his portfolio of developer clients with additional insight and resource into property development. Warren has managed several large holiday properties throughout Queensland. He has completed a Certificate 4 in Body Corporate Management and worked as a Community Manager for over 3 years. Warren brings a wealth of experience to our team and more importantly to our clients with a specialty focus on Victorian Owners Corporate legislation and scheme establishment.
As the newest member of the SSKB Developer Consultancy team, Kirsty Booth brings over 7 years of experience in structural engineering and construction project management. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has designed and managed a wide range of complex projects, including land subdivisions, retail/commercial structures and oil and gas pipeline structures. Kirsty’s background in engineering and project management makes her an integral part of the Developer Consultancy team.
Tim Sheehan has been with SSKB since May 2000, initially working with developers to structure new projects and since 2004 as a director.
He holds bachelor degrees in law and commerce as well as a certificate IV in body corporate management. Prior to joining SSKB, Tim spent 5 years as a solicitor practicing in the areas of strata development, management rights and body corporate law. During this time he was a regular contributor to industry journals and is a past president of Strata Communities Australia (QLD).
Tim’s vision for SSKB is to build a team committed to making a positive difference in the lives of lot owners. Having assisted so many different interest groups involved with community living, he is ideally placed to work with the clients of SSKB, advising them in all facets of our industry.
Paul has more than 15 years industry experience including community management, management rights, accounting and development. He joined SSKB in 2000 as a body corporate manager with a large portfolio of prestigious Brisbane buildings. Due to Paul’s accounting background (Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting) he was appointed as the Group Financial Officer in 2004. He then opened the Victorian Office as well as establishing a large management rights operation. Paul also holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management.
In 2007 Paul was appointed as a Director of SSKB. Prior to his appointment with SSKB, Paul held the position of Company Accountant for a developer, gained valuable experience working for an international chartered accounting firm, as well as owning and operating management rights for over 3 years. Paul’s experience has allowed him to work closely with developers and lots owners ensuring the delivery of successful projects and communities.
